The target audience
We have a very broad target audience. We are marketing to anyone and everyone in the Denver, CO metro area from first time home buyers to investors to established home owners. We are targeting anyone looking to buy/sell/invest in real estate, in all age demographics from college grads, to millennials, to retirees.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We are thinking we would like cartoon-like caricatures, maybe facing back to back arms crossed or back to back with a house or something in between us. I have included our Bitmoji's below for an idea of our cartoon selves.
