Watermarc is an apartment community located in the historic section of Lakeland, FL known as Beacon Hill. Lakeland, FL is known for its many lakes and the swans that inhabit them.

The target audience
We are targeting young professionals who are upwardly mobile and appreciate community amenities such as free WiFi and a modern clubhouse, but enjoy the beautiful surroundings and landscape as well.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Lakeland is known for their swans and lakes, however we want to keep the design modern to attract the Millennial crowd. Using the swan as a feature item is optional but if used should be done with a modern feel. WE are not tied to having swans in the logo if a more innovative design appears. We want a fresh attractive clean looking logo. Bright colorful logos tend to be what works best for us. Please see picture of building and the interior design elements.
