Our beautiful Colonial Revival building is at the heart of this assisted living community, and features a private backyard and gardens offering a serene location for visiting and outdoor activities.
Experienced caregivers provide personal assistance with daily living activities, always treating residents like family. 24-hour care staffing and nurse oversight helps provide residents with the care they need.

Things to communicate through the design
1. Historical building on over 2 acres of land in San Francisco with fresh remodeled interior (traditional/conservative)
2. Garden theme - the unique thing about this property is its grounds and outdoor space, peace tranquility from indoor/outdoor living
3. Simple (not flashy) home-y but professional
The target audience
We are targeting potential residents (seniors), their families and friends, and industry people like Doctors, Hospitals, referral agencies, etc that take care of the senior population.
We like these fonts, colors and style
-should be simple, very easy to read where name/tag are most of the logo.
-logo could be enhanced w plant/flowers or possibly a sketch of building (see attached images) or even San Fran ie golden gate bridge
-some color is ok, but must function well also as just one color (will often be printed in black, we think
-name should be prominent, with tag line below and less prominent but easily readable.

10/15/18-We are liking the Golden Gate Bridge to help identify that we are located in city of San Francisco. There are many portola areas in the greater bay area so the bridge adds a geographic locator that is valuable.
