We like these fonts, colors and style

I like red and black colors. I don't like flowy, bubbly fonts. Has to be easy to read. I would like to incorporate NC and SC state outlines, with some sort of house symbol, like I have attached. I want to keep it as simple as possible and not have too much going on, so it will look good on business cards, email signatures, etc.
