This 300-acre plantation was purchased by the Effingham County School System.

Originally, the plantation was purchased for housing and working with show animals. Now, the plantation is used as an outdoor classroom for agricultural and science classes.

After posting the contest and viewing some of the designs, we would like to drop the word "Plantation" from the design.
We would like for it be called "Honey Ridge Agricenter."
We would like for cattle (cow's head) to be used. We keep seeing plants only.
