What we do
We will be a Cajun restaurant that sells primarily crawfish and chicken wings. Most if not all of our ingredients will be fresh and made from scratch. Our restaurant is within an old, beautiful, and rustic building that contributes to the classic and hometown feeling of a locally owned establishment. We promote good eats, good people, good music (live bands), good drinks (craft beers and wine), and a good atmosphere.

The target audience
Everyone, however focus on young adults and have a simplistic and modern appeal that would entice millennials to post on social media.
18-45, young adults and young families, hang out spot needed and we'll provide live music, craft beers, and plenty of food to enjoy throughout.
