Community situated on a very historic property which also used to house a horse farm. This community will draw people who work in the Charlotte metro area but want to live more rural.

We have attached our original inspirational photos from internet of what the clubhouse might look like and logo ideas. We would like the logo to be designed so that it will be able to stand alone and not necessarily incorporated into name.
