What we do
We are company that provides smoked n bbq d meats for a small or large group. We offer weekend family meals similar to what grocery stores in California do. Pre order a smoked tri-tip, pulled pork, ribs, chicken or turkey even carnitas with a couple of sides. We do the cooking, you finish it and enjoy your sunday family gathering, baby reveal party, football or sports game gathering, game night or book club and look like the master chef with folks asking for more.
We also do event catering like weddings, graduations, company picnics, and customer appreciation.

The target audience
35-50 year olds with extra money but not time or patience for doing this themselves on a regular basis
Over 55 married couples that like to entertain but no longer have the space or equipment to cook like this
Single women 40-65 with money, know what they liked when married, bbq but lack skills, equipment, time to do it themselves now
We like these fonts, colors and style
Prefer 50's americana, patriotic, country with basic earth tones... burgundy based like bbq sauce
Maybe Chickens/roosters as they are a town symbol not cow.
Maybe an andirondrak chair or an old truck in extended logo
Simple though max 3-4 color on main logo
Can be also seen if black and white only
Will probably primarily be either on clear glass or black background
