What we do
We started to raised our own shrimp on our freshwater shrimp farms before we enter the restaurant business. Today, all the shrimp we sell in the restaurant is grown in our Raymonville Texas and Mexico facilities, making sure we deliver a healthy fresh shrimp free of antibiotics, hormones and other chemicals to our customers.
Our delicious seafood recipes have been our strength but we have not been very successful in marketing the fact that we grow our own shrimp. We are reengineering the restaurant to make it a prototype for a possibility to make it a franchise since our production capacity can very well satisfy the consumption or more than 20 restaurants.

The target audience
We have noticed that our customers are mainly middle class people on the run, looking for a fast food service but also looking for a homy type of meal, such as fried shrimp with bacon around it, with rice and beans on the side, or our famous garlic seasoned shrimp and fish plate.
This is not a fancy restaurant but rather we are trying to give our customers a cozy place with a good atmosphere for them to feel comfortable, maybe near where the shrimp is grown!
We like these fonts, colors and style
We already have a logo but we dont like the shrimp photo on our actual logo, we need a graphic designed shrimp! It could be healthy fresh using the same colors, I would like to see a modified logo from the current one, but also I would like to see a totally different new logo with a cartoon shrimp on it.
