Updated: After reading below part I want to update that We have changed our mind about mixing Arbic and English letter and need to try simple Ideas like #6 #63 #57 #58 #69 even #1 #48 #49 We are seeking a Logo for a Realestate chain of special building based on special elements of big terraces & view, The name is Terrace then converted to Terraz which is Arabic word (طراز) Which means (Style), and the idea was to mix both English and Arabic Letters, we also need to find a place to Number as it's a series of projects, we are now working on Terraz 44 project next time may be Terraz 57 or Teraz 108 (We choose the building address number). Also if it possible to make the logo design express the main feature of the buildings which is big terraces bu drawing line or shadows etc. . , We prefer the designer to have a good knowledge of Arabic language and fonts to be able to mix letter with meaning.

We are targeting Elite Real estate customers in Egypt who are searching for Luxurious carefully designed building to live in.

There is no special logo design we can say we can prefer but we prefer to use this color combination: Black(1D1D1B) ,Red (E30613 or 8B1812) & Grey (575756) Updated Like clear text writing with separated Arabic and English no need to put the number now And we like to have a smart mixing between Arabic and English letters and shape or line that express meaning of Terrace.
