We like these fonts, colors and style

I already have a logo but I want to add the tagline to the current logo that I have. I have attached the .EPS file to my current logo. I would like to have the tagline as part of the logo underneath the ProForm Physical Therapy writing. I would like the ProForm in the tagline to be a different color than the rest but I also want it to go with the rest of the logo.
