We like these fonts, colors and style

I want the logo to look professional and be easy to read. I prefer bold colors and NOT pastels. I am a Keller Williams Realtor and our colors are red and black so I want to make sure my logo goes well with those colors. I also want to make sure my logo says I'm approachable no matter what the budget.
