The target audience

Wine drinkers, 21 and up, Mid to high end income levels. Adults that want to experience a good wine with lots of history behind it.

We like these fonts, colors and style

Viking ship, Older style font, not new styles of font. Must convey lineage of mead. Maybe a drinking horn in it? Make it classy upscale, not cartoonish I don't want this to be considered a juvenile brand. But I also don't want the logo to be to busy either, just the right balance.
