What we do
Southern Lakes is a beef brand raised in the southern hemisphere near the southern alps in the South Island of New Zealand. It is grass fed sustainable farming at its best, producing an excellent eating quality of beef. Produced in an environment with a great climate with snow capped mountains and abundant water on verdant green pasture we grow and produce the finest beef for export markets.
