What we do
We are starting to organize ultrasound training Bootcamps for physicians. POCUS stands for point-of-care ultrasound. Nickel is a reference to the major mining industry in Sudbury, Ontario, which is where these Bootcamps will be taking place. The term Bootcamp is used by a colleague of mine to describe the training sessions which are very intense and basically implies that we are having the participants "Scan until you drop."
Industry: Medical & Dental

The target audience
Demographics: physicians already in practice (mostly emergency physicians, possibly physicians in training as well or medical students), primary target audience will be in Northern Ontario, but we suspect that we will get interest from Ontario and the rest of Canada as well.
