What we do
I started out as a specialty coffee roaster and have bought a local coffee shop. I will be running the coffee shop and roasting on location as well. Plus I am starting an office coffee service / vending.

The target audience
The coffee shop is located in a small rural community in middle America. It is somewhat of a conservative community. Brand awareness in local businesses / offices. For decals on brewing equipment / coffee servers.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I like the bold font associated with the brown and white office coffee sign. The Barbed wire logo was my original logo of the past year. The shop acquisition together with the office coffee venture has us rethinking this logo. The rooster image is only an idea and doesn't need to be included...

Info Update:
I'm placing a request for more designs with a "stand-alone" emblem / icon that could be used independant from the name. I'm thinking of an emblem that could be used on cups, coffee servers, airpots and the like... Although I like Rustic / Vintage, I also want something easy to read with simple lines / circles, not too cluttered. Thanks for all the great ideas so far!!
