Our mission is to provide a safe, positive, respectful and fun learning environment that promotes a relentless work ethic in the pursuit of maximizing potential and enhancing our athletes’ performance.
Our focus is on long-term development for our trainees. It begins by building a foundation from which proper functional movement patterns develop. This allows for the coach and client/athlete to safely work together toward enhancing fitness and performance while minimizing the potential for injury.
At Connors Strength and Athletic Development, the safety, well-being and long-term athletic development of the athlete is paramount.
