The target audience
The community at large. More specifically health care professionals and public health practitioners, health policy experts, and public health activists in Kuwait.
Importantly, the logo is directed at Arabic-speaking groups and should not have non-Arabic alphabets in it.
We like these fonts, colors and style
The way I imagine the logo is as attached with some artistic modifications.
In the attached image, the three Arabic words الصحة العامة الكويتية are written.
The lines and stick structures in the image can be used as towers and other Kuwait City skyline elements. The ـة letters ending each of the three words above can also be used as a tower structure as indicated in the attached image.
Towers and other skyline objects would preferably come from Kuwait City skyline. A simple Google search for "Kuwait skyline' would yield the important Kuwait City skyline elements.

However, other logo designs are welcome.
I want the logo to be flat, clean, and minimal. I would recommend designing on Adobe Illustrator.
