Name On Logo: Dirt

Looking for a logo for a clothing company.
Large D
Dirt being large
Enterprises smaller and under the word Dirt spanning the length of the word Dirt. Enterprises almost being the Underline to Dirt.

Industry: Miscellaneous

1. Clean/Simple

2. Eye Catching

3. Easily Identifiable

13-30 Men/Women
Urban/Extreme sports
X-games Athletes and Fans

First and foremost
All Dirt Enterprises shirts will be Black.

Secondly I DO NOT want Dirt to Look like or resemble actual dirt on the ground...

I'm looking for something More Graffiti like but Clean and easy to read...


Some of my favorite designs (clothing companies) would be
"Famous Stars and Straps" "Rogue Status" & "Hostility"...

I like the Famous "F" and the Hostility "H"...

I would like a Dirt "D" and I like the ability to put the "D" on shirts with different photos/paterns on the inside. (Like on the Famous "F")...

I would also like the D to be cooler than a generic "D". I want it to have a little Creativity to it. I want the D also to have an outline like the Famous "F" and Hostility "H"...

I would Prefer White Outline on Logo on Black Background. like Famous F and Hostility H...

Rogue Status I like because of the cleanliness and elegance. I would like "Enterprises" to have the "Rogue Status" feel/look to it....

I have included a few photos of Rogue Status and The Famous F to give you an idea of the direction Im thinking...and I have also included a "Dirt" tag that someone made for me. I liked it but i didnt love it...I added it to show a idea of clean graffiti. The Large D...Dirt...and Enterprises is to show how I see the Layout of the design as a whole...
