Things to communicate through the design
1. "green home" (maybe some modern looking trees around a home)
2. modern new home company
3. we're a smaller local company unlike the big production builders
The target audience
first time buyers (likely millennial generation) and move up second time buyers. People who are in the market for a new home and also want some more modern / green features.
We like these fonts, colors and style
simple, modern, green. I like the first image attached where the house is sandwiched between the trees but the house doesn't "pop" enough. maybe a version adding a chimney and making the windows orange could help. I like green and orange for colors but open to some other color options as well
