What we do
Blindside Fitness offers personalised fitness programmes to athletes of all ability, regardless of their goal. We will not only assist our athletes to achieve these goals, we will help them to understand simple biomechanics and the importance of quality movement.
There are a wide variety of online programmes available however these are very rarely tailored to an individual. Our programmes are not only bespoke, they will also improve areas of weakness or "an individual's BLINDISDE", something that a generic programme might overlook.
Blindside Flanker was my position when I played rugby, a position where you are responsible for a lot of unseen, dirty work.
