What we do
We're a professional management company for "Vacation Rental properties" I also own a Real Estate development company known as "JZ Properties", but the main reason for the new logo is create our "GLOBAL" brand for managing for any Owner/host on Airbnb, VRBO, our own site, etc.....

1. The "JZ" is what i want to pop out and we'll have different spinoffs of that such as the "Vacation Rentals", but i want that to be important. It's my Fathers, Son's, Brothers, his son, and MY middle and last initial
2. Classy, sleek, simple
3. Professional and portrays the high quality of design we provide as a 5 star vacation business.
The target audience
Our target audience is anyone that travels in a group, as a family, savvy business people, and it's now become a HUGE industry and we want the logo to not look dated(such as a 3D design)
We like these fonts, colors and style
Most designers told me 3D is out and dated.
Sleek, Classy, and Bold at the same time.
Open to colors. Black, white and grey seem to be in alot of our homes, so maybe those, but i'm open.
