What we do
Project management and engineering design of new residential developments.
Focused on managing land development projects ranging from advice during acquisition of raw land, to getting the land approved for development, to detailed engineering design of infrastructure (roads, underground services, storm ponds, etc).
Main role will be establishing relationships and collaborating with all the various aspects of a project (environmental, engineering, urban planning, construction, municipal authorities) in order to gain project approvals.

TJ has no deep meaning - my initials. Hopefully you can do something creative with it!
Open to options with simply "TJ Consulting", or more expansive including "TJ Consulting Limited" and the tagline "Land Development Engineering"
