What we do

I am a psychotherapist specializing in couples counseling based on the "attachment style" of each partner. There are 3 primary attachment styles: secure, anxious and avoidant. I helped distressed couples identify their attachment styles and how those styles get in the way of creating more secure and satisfying love relationships.
