We like these fonts, colors and style

This entire apartment complex is being remodeled. We do not have a color scheme yet, but the exterior of the property has Ivory color trim and a red/orange brick color. I don't want red/orange in the logo, but the logo needs to compliment the brick color since we are not painting it. We would like some clean and simple.
