What we do
Gateway Greens Community Association is a homeowners association located in Fort Myers Florida. We're part of the Gateway district, so incorporating a Griffin into the logo is optional (it's the larger community's symbol). See

We have approximately 1300 homeowners in private homes, condominiums, and townhomes. Our community has a golf course, lots of palm trees, a lot of lush landscaping and the occasional alligator walking through the neighborhood.
We're launching a new website and want a logo to convey that we're a friendly and welcoming community. This is a great place to live in Southwest Florida.

The target audience
The target audience is existing and potential homeowners in Gateway Greens community. We're launching a new website and have an opportunity to define and incorporate a new "brand."
Our residents are successful individuals. Many of them are seasonal snowbirds although a growing number of younger residents with families live here year-round. There's a lot of new construction in the area, so our 25+ year old community is mature by comparison with canopied landscaping and tree-lined streets. It's very well maintained and visitors often comment on the beautiful landscaping and views.

As stated, we can incorporate a Griffin in some manner but it's not essential. The logo will be used for the website, stationary and potentially for embroidery on shirts for staff.
We want people to understand that the association and it's staff professionally manage and maintain this community.
