We like these fonts, colors and style

I need this to work both the average and the luxury market. Thinking about going more modern/sleek with it, but not a have-to. Tagline could be included or not. Probably want to match KW (my broker) colors...see attached. Last name is House so might want to use that somehow, but don't want it look like every other realtor's logo.
