We like these fonts, colors and style

We are looking for a crest that looks classy and includes palm trees and a sun, evoking the feeling of California, but the traditional feel of a crest. It must look good small.

Must provide it in color, but must look correct if done in 1 color.

The name "EIGHTEEN FIFTY" must be spelled out, but the "IE" in "EIGHTEEN" must be replaced with "18". The "8" could also be a hybrid between an "8" and a "G", as they are similar
