2. Safe to do business with (Both partners are ethical, honest, forthright it dealing with home owners and financial institutions)
3. Personal touch (No institutional-big business impression. Care about the homes purchased. Do not flip properties without adding value)
The target audience
50-70 year old home owners. Low tech; high touch approach to home sellers. Mostly retired, may have deferred maintenance or experienced a hardship (loss of income or spouse, divorce...). Also, home owners looking for easy transaction to sell with a minimum of modern-day hassle for example, non-typical bank lending transaction with 30-45 days closings. Can close in 1 week if necessary. Typically 2-3 weeks.
