We lease and manage upper end single family rentals for investors around Kansas City. We have been in business since 1989 and are family owned. We do not do any multi family or commercial.

We like these fonts, colors and style

We are known for having a window (residential style) in our logo. Our main color is a dark/forest/hunter type green, other colors we use are black, white, and tan. We are looking for a more updated current look without losing our "look". We have a loopy piece on the words of the current logo, and that is something we like the style of. Our current logo has caused problems with its height/dimensions.
