Ages 25-50, Male and female (though more female), chicago and chicago suburbs (primarily), $100k+ household income, professional occupations like medicine, business, technology, etc., minimum bachelors degree
Interests in real estate, city living, cultural activities, entertainment, dining out, social media, millennial, gen x, progressive, creative, ambitious
We like these fonts, colors and style
San serif fonts, crisp, saturated colors, modern, simple, clean lines, luxury. I like blues and metallics but I'm open to anything. My brokerage's colors are black, yellow and white, so perhaps something that coordinates but it doesn't have to be the same colors.
Also because I would like to use the logo on print material to help promote the website, I'm not sure if it should have the URL or not. Open to suggestions.
