The hard earned money paid in commissions will stay in the local economy versus a large portion going to a national franchise. Also open to a different name and tag line that conveys this . . . such as Local Realty or something similar

We like these fonts, colors and style
A house or something readily identifiable with a house that will appeal to the masses (so not a house too big or too small). Cool font very important, simple colors, two or three maximum.
