What we do

We are opening a Texas style BBQ restaurant on the Pacific Coast highway in the southern Pacific zone of Costa Rica. It will be casual dining with traditional BBQ including brisket and ribs.

The target audience

The area we are working in is tourist driven during high season, approximately 1/3 of the year. The bulk of the tourist are from the United States, Canada and Europe. The other 2/3 of the year we want to appeal to the local or Tico population of Costa Rica.

We like these fonts, colors and style

Red, white and Blue like the Texas flag. Our web address is going to be lonestar.cr
(.cr is Costa Rica's .com)
