What we do
We are a small (20'X10') floating take-out confectionary shop, selling mini donuts, kettle corn and candy. We are located at Fisherman's Wharf in Victoria, B.C. - a well known tourist destination in Victoria Harbour. Our building will be painted in bright candy colours, most likely horizontal stripes with white trim around door and serving windows. The look is whimsical and colourful - strong bold lines/colours as opposed to subtle and soft. We are surrounded by wildlife; seals, sea otters, sea birds of different kinds; float homes, boats, float planes etc...

The target audience
Tourists from the US, Mexico, Asia and Europe....during the summer months lots of families with young children. Income level: all levels, but more middle and upper class and mostly educated. A lot of cruise ship passengers that are here for the day. Interested in seeing the wharf, the colourful floathomes...they come for lunch, fish and chips, ice cream etc and we offer one more categorie; Sweets!
