What we do
Chronically Healthy Nutrition is a new holistic nutrition practice specializing in the treatment of those with chronic illnesses (Fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, etc.) Alexis Tanner (the owner & holistic nutritionist) has a passion for helping others through nutrition and healthy lifestyle changes.
Holistic nutrition is based on providing the body with the correct nutrients (Fruit, Vegetables, Protein, Whole foods, nuts and grains) to allow the body to heal, feel energised, provide vitality naturally. Providing a holistic view on nutrition incorporates food, lifestyle and mind, essentially good healthy living.
She believes in sustainable wellness plans, customized to the individual and their illness/condition. As a sufferer of Fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and chronic fatigue for 20 years, Alexis is well versed in chronic conditions and the wellness plans required to provide clients a sense of normalcy and improved health and well-being.
