The target audience
Logo will be used for advertising and communication with residents and potential residents. The logo will be used on signage, envelops, stationary, marketing materials, business communications etc.
The majority of the residents are of Hispanic origin and Spanish speaking, but we do all communication in both English and Spanish. Most are families with small kids, but we have single people on their 20s and 30s also. Their occupation is mostly blue-color jobs, and the level of education is no more than high school.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We just painted two colorful murals on the property and used font Tekton Pro for the property name and Orator Std for the word apartments. (See pictures). Our main colors are 3 tones of grays, and blue.
