2. Courage
3. Confidence

The target audience
Domestic violence survivors. Professionals (or seeking new work) Age 40 or older. Middle class or up. Educated and knowledgeable of computers. Ready for change. Determined to discover new ways to process information. Open-minded. Dependable. Appreciative. Responsible. Inquisitive. May be interested in starting a business. Searching for guidance but not counselling. Interest in social and community connections - local/global.

We like these fonts, colors and style
Nike, Jeep, NBC. GoodWill, American Airlines. Easy to read font. Transformational color -- mostly cyan or teal blue or blue violet color. The letter T can transform into human form. Maybe start with first T as a small and weak font transforming to a strong expansive Triumphant "T" to show Prosperity and Purpose. Or one T can represent both transformation and triumph. Avoid the typical version of hands reaching up in the air -- though some aspect might work.

Our design will be used on
(Web)  (Print Media)  (Mugs & Tshirts)

Additional Info Added Jul 25, 2016
Would the use of Magenta *hot pinK" make the design "pop" I'm open to you folks experimenting with color a bit.

I want to be able to use the T as a gravatar for recognition on the web. The logo can have the words and incorporate the "T"

Can you designers try purple (violet) also. I like to see it with teal blue or by itself. My clients may be mostly women yet I don't want to alienate any men from receiving the benefit of the program -- because of stereotypical color use. Give it a go if you choose. Thanks

Teal is the color for the NO more campaign against domestic violence. That is why I wanted to see how it worked with my new logo. Purple has been associated with DV for several years. Teal seems to be "gender neutral"

I'm enjoying the revisions everyone. Thanks for your visionary designs. I hope I have given you enough information to work with.
