What we do
We specialise in detailing / valeting luxury cars. For those non “car buffs” Concours is a centuries old 'competition of elegance', but today refers to gathering and judging of prestigious cars.
Whether it is someone's adored Aston Martin or prized Porsche, we are the company they call to maintain their showroom shine and make sure that they continue enjoying their driving experience. When you fork out some serious dollars for car you want it in pristine condition. Our clients tell us that when they get into the car after it has been detailed by Concours, it actually seems to drive better.
Although a majority of our clients own luxury cars, we don't exclusively deal with prestige vehicles. We also prepare cars for sale so we restore dull paintwork, make the engine and engine bay sparkle and try to bring the interior back to that new car feel.

The target audience
A majority of our clients are high net worths, however we don't want to appear too high-end as to scare away our 'prepare for sale' cars and general motor enthusiasts. To give you an idea using current car logos, the Bentley, Rolls Royce, Ferrari and Aston Martin logos are a bit too over the top, so we would prefer a logo just a few 'notches' down like Jaguar's cat - but for detailing.
A large proportion of our business is derived from direct marketing which translates to a tasteful flyer placed on the windscreen of a luxury car. We want to differentiate ourselves from other detailers whose idea of a nice car is something lowered with a large exhaust and alloy rims.
