We like these fonts, colors and style
Facebook - just uses font and no need for icon or imagery. Maybe LinkedIn. Ideally want something with simple, clean font close to Arial, Lucida, or Verdana. The site's text is in Arial. I prefer not to have any significant icon associated with it. A little flourish or element is fine - eg the line in the TheLadders logo, the swoosh for Nike etc. Maybe tweaking one of the letters so it looks a little distinctive. Just something very simple and distinctive but which is medical oriented. Please don't use anything cheesy or cliche. I'm fine if there's nothing that indicates medicine, unless you can come up with something minimalist and simple. the biggest problem here is that the domain name is Scubd, when it should be Scrubbed. So need to get around the abbreviation. I think it might work if the d is a different color or if there's an apostrophe like Scrub'd.

interesting idea to use a small symbol of some sort for the apostrophe right before the "d", something in keeping with the medical nature of the site like a little staff-with-snakes symbol of medical ethics. just a thought :). thx.
