Name On Logo: Ohio ACEP Opiate Awareness Team

This project provides High Schools in the state of Ohio with an Opiate Awareness workshop led by an Emergency Department doctor from the local community hospital. Emergency Room doctors are uniquely qualified to teach about the Opiate Epidemic because they see the opiate related deaths on a daily basis and can powerfully describe the statics in each community. Emergency Doctors are dynamic speakers who can explain the science behind the disease of addiction. Workshops are available for both parent and student audiences. More than 10% of Ohio high school students are abusing prescription narcotics. Opiate overdose is now the #1 cause of death in Ohio - more than car crashes. Our organizational colors are red, black and gray. But we are open to any colors. Right now we have one design (attached) that we like. We like the red "x" and we like the visual play on the parent advisory labels and the visual play on "Straight out of Compton." We are open to versions of this logo and we would like to see some completely new options. The logo should be easily converted into a Twitter hash tag slogan or tagline. The business name does not need to be included in the logo.
