What we do
We are a new, growing church located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our heavy focus is teaching, knowing, and living out the person and work of Jesus Christ revealed in the Bible: "For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified."—1 Cor. 2:2.

The target audience
We are a very diverse urban church, and slightly more traditional church—multigenerational, interracial, multinational, diverse socioeconomics—focusing on the seriousness of our faith. Yet we have much urgency and youthful zeal to evangelize, seek and save the hurt, broken, marginalized, and lost in our community for our days are short and the times are evil. (We are near both a very large pharmaceutical company and a very poor part of town, so an informal motto is "We seek both the drug takers AND the drug makers!")
We like these fonts, colors and style
I envision the main logo of Great Mercy Church to somehow incorporate the theme of blood, and be primarily red/crimson, representing His crucifixion. (I've included a simple blood drop with cross logo I designed. This could be the basis for a new logo, but doesn't have to be.) I would like to incorporate a cross in the logo somewhere, and possibly a hint of the resurrection of Jesus after His crucifixion too (perhaps with emerging golden sun rays, or something else beyond my imagination). This logo will be the basis for many materials we would produce and correspondingly would like it to be translatable into monochrome, grayscale, and black-and-white representations as well.
