We like these fonts, colors and style
I want hip, yet professional. Not afraid to be feminine. I would like purpose incorporated in the design -- not grape purple, more along the lines of aubergine -- subtle, but bold. I would like to see the company's play on 'kaleidoscope' in the company name reflected in the logo.

I forgot to mention I wish to emphasize the 'leader' in the company name in some way. This company is about providing HR solutions that create strong leaders....equipping tomorrow's leaders with the tools they require today.
