You may notice another logo contest on this site = "The Power of Why" - we are working these two contests to decide which our executives will choose. Feel free to submit to both contests - you could win both!

Things to communicate through the design
1. "The Why Movement" is our company's effort to help our employees and students identify their purpose, cause, and belief that inspires them to do what they do.
2. Imagery that ties in with a "Movement" or campaign that knowing your why can give you purpose, reason and clarity. It's all of us in this movement.
3. This is an employee conference to motivate employees to find their why and join our "movement"
The target audience
550 employees will be attending our conference this fall. The logo theme is to convey our messaging of investing in your why, what motivates you to get out of bed and do something with your life. We help to empower people to define, believe and achieve their "why." We are using "movement" as a way to bring all into this campaign.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We like Whimsy, fun, and are open to any design. We thought it might be fun to tie this in (but in no way political) to the "movement" of a political campaign like Bernie Sanders or an add campaign like the pepsi generation. It's all about bring our employees together into this movement to know their "why" and be a part of our movement.
I have attached the logos from our past conferences.
We are open to any color, font or style. Whimsy is nice.
The logo needs to be reproduce able on lapel pins, shirts, printed material, posters, ppt slides, giveaway merchandise.
