Studebaker Lofts is an apartment building (twelve stories) that was built in the early 1900's and is being rehabbed as 48 modern apartments in downtown South Bend, Indiana USA.

The building was constructed by a member of the Studebaker family (owners of Studebaker Motors, a leading car manufacturer from 1903 to 1963) and the exterior is classic architecture.

The logo should be primarily a logotype(but include a logo that may be used as stand alone or with logotype). It may be either connected to the auto heritage or me completely modern.

Colors choices are open but should be limited to two colors for clarity and ease of reproduction for various uses.
