We like these fonts, colors and style
A variety of colors. Not sure how to describe it, but will upload a few images. I think intertwining the "L" and "I" might be interesting for the square part of the logo and then the name written out for a vertical look. This way it suffices for all situations.

Please take a look at the draft website homepage .jpg I uploaded as it contains more of the look and feel and color and I like the proposed font treatment with a capital "L" for "Lead" and a small "i" for inclusively. I also like the more "italic" look of the word "inclusively." Colors should be more vibrant "rainbow" colors. Hope that helps.
