What we do
MTAA has had the reputation for providing one of the premier baseball and softball programs in York County, PA for many years. Under new, energized leadership in 2016 we are excited to continue to develop and implement exceptional baseball and softball programs for the youth of Manchester Township and surrounding areas with an emphasis on ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority.

The target audience
Our target audience is families of children ages 5-18 who may desire to play baseball and softball. Our organization serves a region that is made up mostly of middle to upper-middle class, well educated families. Families have a lot of other options for their children to play sports, and we want them to choose us because of our focus on values.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Our league colors are orange and black, and our mascot is a Panther. We would definitely like to see orange and black incorporated. The panther would be nice too somehow, but not absolutely necessary. Locally we are also commonly known just as MTAA. We would be open to seeing designs with our full name or the acronym.
