We welcome all patients of every age and gender. We are located on the East side of Green Bay, WI. We even have patients from neighboring states.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Nature based, earth tones, Blue water, green grass, Willow branches since the creek is named Willow Creek.
Logo should portray a peaceful setting. Clear and easy to read.

We prefer images with NO tooth. Vision is more relaxed stream/creek with tall willow/cattail stems. We want to avoid a "stamped" image look. Simple designs nothing with too much detail, less is sometimes more.
