What we do
It is a small craft brewery that will produce sour/tart beers using yeast as well as bacteria and aged in oak, wine barrels. (This style of beer is made with a very small amount of hops.) The brewery will have a taproom.

The target audience
Young and middle aged professionals, DINKS (dual income no kids), hipsters, outskirts of downtown (not suburbs), people willing to try new things, foodies
We like these fonts, colors and style
I would like a icon/logo and the brewery name in interesting font so that they can be used together or separately, with the hope that the image aspect of the logo would be recognizable for the brewery without the name. Not cursive, 1 or 2 colors, but ability to have entire logo to be in white in order to put on bottles and growlers.
