What we do
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist working in a private practice setting conducting one-on-one nutrition consultations, micronutrient and other diagnostic testing to understand the underlying causes of metabolic dysfunction. My main focus is on WHOLE FOODS first, supplementation when necessary. In the future, will be offering cooking classes in an on-site garden as well as general wellness lectures. Food as medicine!

Mostly women, aged 40-70, >$60,000/yr income, Spokane/Spokane Valley, WA, college educated, interested in healthy living lifestyle, struggling with weight, gastrointestinal discomfort, inflammatory or immune disorders.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I like earth tones, especially green, SIMPLE. I like contemporary fonts, fonts that look like they belong on a chalkboard at a coffee shop. I like when the name of the business is part of the design (not just a image with the name of the business below) - although I'm open to anything!
