What we do
Residences by Cuisinart is a new luxury real estate development project on the Caribbean island of Anguilla in the British West Indies. This is an exotic and highly desirable tropical island location that appeals to affluent, well-traveled individuals between the ages of 40 and 60 years old.
The project resides in an exclusive, private enclave on 300 acres and consists of 2 to 5 bedroom homes located on a pristine white sand beach adjacent to The Cuisinart Resort. There is also an 18-hole Greg Norman golf course and a new hotel to open in 2016. The homes feature bright white exteriors, high ceilings, large windows and spectacular ocean views.
The homes are modern in style and have a light airy feeling with living spaces that open up to create an indoor/outdoor feel. The homes, which are among the best in Anguilla, are spacious and designed to capture the ever-present trade winds on Anguilla.
We are looking for a sophisticated, modern logo mark and font for “Residences by Cuisinart” that will visually separate the real estate project from the hotel but complement the existing logo for the hotel. The logo should not be cute or funny, but should evoke the essence of being at one of the most luxurious beaches in the world. It should convey a sense of privacy and exclusivity.
